These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and lepak88 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of the website and all services offered through lepak88.one. All financial transactions on the lepak88 platform are subject to the following limits and conditions. Please review the table below before making any transaction.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Deposits via a third party or an account that does not belong to you are prohibited and may result in the transaction being rejected and further investigation.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of RM500. To meet the wagering requirement, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus (balance becomes RM200), your wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,200 with a maximum bonus of RM500 (balance RM1,700), the wagering requirement is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and may only be used for betting activity on the platform.
• Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

Any valid account balance remaining in an account closed at the member's request will be returned upon successful identity verification, provided there are no outstanding term violations.

Without limiting the general provision above, lepak88 will not be liable for:

lepak88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
